We found each other for a reason. There’s no need to prove yourself or worry about“fitting in.” You’re here. You made it. You get it. Let your work do the convincing.
We learn together
Most of us learned from teachers, but we work differently. We hire professionals and give them tools to share knowledge with you. You’re already learning and part of the team. We work together, applying new knowledge in the real world. If something isn’t clear, tell us.
You value autonomy
At Mindera Learning, you have freedom and autonomy to tackle problems your way. With freedom comes ownership and responsibility. Life is easy when told what to do, but boring. Here, you control your learning and are more invested, which we think is far better.
